News for 2014

Just a heads up to all our followers - we are trying something new in 2014.  We will be participating in the The Olde Depot JUNKtion sale in Brainerd, MN on May 24 & 25, 2014.  This will replace our Woodland Garden Sale usually held in June.  For more information on the JUNKtion visit their website:  www.theoldedepotjunktion.com

We will still have all the wonderful creations you've come to expect from us including our unique planted containers, vintage home and garden items, furniture, and artisan jewelry.  We plan to have even more furniture pieces and unique vintage functional and decor items.

Keep checking our blog - we will try to get some pics posted as we gather our items.  Hopefully we can start posting pics after the 1st of the year.

Successful Winter Boutique!

Despite the cooler temps, the 5th Annual Winter Boutique was a success.  We even had a little of the white stuff on Friday providing a Holiday feeling.  Saturday got a little colder, but our great customers braved the weather.

Thanks to all our followers who stopped by to shop and enjoy complimentary apple cider and homemade cookies.  Some of you also took time to enjoy a homemade chili lunch - provided by Wendy & Sherry.  Please feel free to post your comments if you visited our boutique.

Winter Boutique 2013

Our next sale is coming up in November!  A Cabin on The Lake Winter Boutique will be held Nov. 8 and 9, Friday and Saturday from 9-4 both days.  This sale is held primarily indoors (the cabin) with some tents - also heated.  This is the opening weekend for firearms deer hunting.  So while the boys are out hunting you can come to the Winter Boutique and do some hunting for great decorating and gift ideas.  Bring your gift list!  Enjoy our complimentary cider and cookie treats while you shop!

At this boutique we fill a 600+ sq. ft. cabin PLUS 3 10'x10' tents PLUS the deck and outdoor area.  

New this year - a chili lunch will be available! 

This year as always, Wendy and Sherry will have many wonderful creations for all your decorating needs and gift giving.  In addition they have been hunting all year long for the great vintage finds you've come to expect including more furniture – such as old cupboards, metal pieces, misc. pieces of furniture. Sherry will have some new jewelry designs at the boutique as well.  Sharon will have her delicious baked and canned goods at the boutique - those cinnamon rolls are soooo yummy!  Mary will be bringing her creations - some made while she spent some time in Arizona this past summer/fall as well as her vintage finds.  Bev will have her wire wrapped Sterling Silver and Gold jewelry as well as bags and accessories. There will be a wonderful collection of Connie's original acrylic paintings. This year we welcome Carolyn with her chalk painted furniture, Paris decor, painted & decorated frames & boxes, as well as vintage finds.  Watch for more pics later.

2013 Woodland Garden Boutique

The fourth Annual Woodland Garden Boutique was a success!  Friday was partly cloudy and a little on the cool side for May 31st.  Saturday was drizzly and cold - June 1???  Everyone had a good time despite the weather.  Thanks to all our followers for braving the non-spring like weather and coming to the sale.  Below are some photos of what you missed if you didn't make it to the sale.  Watch for the announcement of our next sale - a Vintage Occasional Sale - sometime this summer.
